There are examples in the Quran and Islamic teachings concerning violence against non-Muslims, forced conversion, or death, or extortion, the imposition of an additional tax (jizyah) on non-Muslims. These teachings are often discussed in relation to jihad. These passages do not teach peaceful coexistence with non-Muslims. The early history of Islam, as recorded in the Hadith and Islamic historical traditions, also contains accounts of violent conflicts and violence among themselves, Arab and Islamic tribes.
Surah At-Tawbah 9:5 When the [four] forbidden months are over, wherever you encounter the idolaters, kill them, seize them, besiege them, wait for them at every lookout post; but if they turn [to Allah], maintain the prayer, and pay the prescribed alms, let them go on their way, for Allah is most forgiving and merciful.
Surah At-Tawbah 9:29 Fight those who do not believe in Allah and the Last Day, nor comply with what Allah and His Messenger have forbidden, nor embrace the religion of truth from among those who were given the Scripture, until they pay the tax, willingly submitting, fully humbled.
There is no such thing as a good Muslim.
Either a good, civilized, nonviolent Muslim does not obey the commands of Allah, disobeying teachings of the Quran and Jihad, which technically is not a good Muslim. Or a good Muslim does obey (“submit to Allah”, like what the Muslim word means), commits Jihad and commits violence against non-Muslims like we see everywhere in any country, Islamic acts of violence when there is an Islamic population. This “good” Quran & Allah obeying Muslim is evil. There is a contradiction with the saying “Islam is a religion of peace” and the teachings of Islam and the Quran. The cure for Islamaphobia is to remove Islam and its violent ideologies.

Surah Al-Anfal 8:12 Remember thy Lord inspired the angels (with the message): “I am with you: give firmness to the Believers: I will instil terror into the hearts of the Unbelievers: smite ye above their necks and smite all their finger-tips off them.”
It is obviously clear who is and what is corrupted. The Holy Bible teaches holiness, peace and love. Islam, Muhammad, the Quran and the Haddiths teach violence, oppression and paedophilia. That is why Muslims must repent and learn the true Injeel. See the True INJEEL

Muhammad apparently according to Islamic tradition had not just one Quran but 7 Ahruf which will be discussed later in the Is the Quran preserved topic, Then the 3rd Caliph Uthman started to collect all the 6 Ahruf /Qurans and burned them because people were waging war due to the differences in their Qurans.

Hudhaifa bin Al-Yaman came to `Uthman at the time when the people of Sham and the people of Iraq were Waging war to conquer Arminya and Adharbijan. Hudhaifa was afraid of their (the people of Sham and Iraq) differences in the recitation of the Qur’an, so he said to `Uthman, “O chief of the Believers! Save this nation before they differ about the Book (Qur’an) as Jews and the Christians did before.” So `Uthman sent a message to Hafsa saying, “Send us the manuscripts of the Qur’an so that we may compile the Qur’anic materials in perfect copies and return the manuscripts to you.” Hafsa sent it to `Uthman. `Uthman then ordered Zaid bin Thabit, `Abdullah bin AzZubair, Sa`id bin Al-As and `AbdurRahman bin Harith bin Hisham to rewrite the manuscripts in perfect copies. `Uthman said to the three Quraishi men, “In case you disagree with Zaid bin Thabit on any point in the Qur’an, then write it in the dialect of Quraish, the Qur’an was revealed in their tongue.” They did so, and when they had written many copies, `Uthman returned the original manuscripts to Hafsa. `Uthman sent to every Muslim province one copy of what they had copied, and ordered that all the other Qur’anic materials, whether written in fragmentary manuscripts or whole copies, be burnt.
According to Fathul Bari of Ibn Hajar ‘Asqalani vol. 4, p. 226, Uthman sent back the Qur’an of Hafsah but Marwan snatched it forcibly from her and burnt it. Uthman got all the copies of the Qur’an burnt except his own and got Abdullah Ibn Mas’ud beaten so much that he developed the disease of hernia. Then he sent him to prison where he died.
According to Tuhfah Ithna ‘ Ashariyah of Abdul Aziz, Ubayy Ibn Ka’b gave his Qur’an to Uthman, and he escaped beating. That Qur’an was also burnt.
Another example of Uthman’s cruelty was his beating of Ammar Ibn Yasir.
